I have lived here for a year and am planning on renewing my lease in April. The complex is great, I have looked at other apartments that have higher rates and they do not look as good as these. The office staff changed shortly after I signed my lease, but has been the same since. They are very friendly and know me by name and apartment number. Larry, the manager is always polite and helpful. The maintenance staff is great, and Chris even gets involved with the kids around the complex and helps keep them in line.
I had a problem with mold when I first moved in because my neighbors apartment flooded, but Chris got in and fixed it very quickly and repainted my walls. The complex is very clean, except they don't empty the dumpsters often enough, and trash tends to build up inside the fence surrounding the dumpster. Parking isn't very bad and there is also covered parking available.
There are lots of kids around, but that is because the complex is very family friendly. My neighbors are not the most respectful, but after making a complaint to the office, they contacted our neighbors (I know for sure because the mother came over to apologize).
I haven't had any safety issues. I often go out at 2:00 AM to throw out trash with no worries. My husband works late and comes home at 1:30 and never sees anyone outside. I am not aware of any robberies or break ins.
Overall, the experience here is great. There isn't a surrounding neighborhood, so you are secluded from outsiders. Everything is nice and quiet and neat. Great place to live, especially for people with children.

I agree. I live here as well and moved in on Oct 24, 2008. We have had a wonderful experience, and Larry and Alishia are just wonderful. It has been a blessing to have apartment managers to care and be personal with you and the maintenance man always speaks! I am satisfied and plan on renewing my lease in October!
