I have lived at Churchill on the Park for 13 months now. I have just renewed my contract and was blown away by the prices. $690 a month for a 1 bedroom within 10 minutes of downtwon!!! Awesome.

If you want an apartment management company that practices flawless customer service and actually listens to what is important to you and your lifestyle, than Churchill on the Park is the place for you.

Things that beat all other apartments in the are:

1. Parking space and avenue width; not cramped at all, ample parking.

2. Security. Tucked inbetwen commercial properties, a church and a hospitial; enough said.

3. Cleanliness, hallways are always kept clean and painted.

4. Landscaping. Beautiful trees, gardens, and pool.

5. Location, Location, Location. Addison, Tollway, Downtowwn, and Greenville within a short drive.

I would seriously consider Churchill on the Park for all shoppers. Once you meet the Staff and are introduced to all the amenities, you will see why I wwrote such a rave review.

One last thing, the office ladies love the Dallas Cowboys. If you support the Redskins, Eagles or Giants don't consider finding a residence here.
