I don't think that the only people who writ ein to these are bitter angry tenants - and if they are, Churchill had better do something quick to regain their loyalty. The price is absurd for what you get. Don't get me wrong, the apartments themselves are very nice, but not worth the amount you pay to live there. Also, its not real safe here - many break-ins. About a year ago there was security at the front gates, but not anymore. I would suggest moving north towards plano - prices go down and quality goes up. I intend on moving soon due to the increasing rent (a 1-bedroom is now around $900 per month!!!!!). vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
