Although I have enjoyed living here, I will not be renewing my lease if they raise the rent. The units are nice and pretty quiet, the grounds are lovely but the gym is outdated and the business center is not open after 6 pm ...which is when most people need to use a freakin' business center! Despite the 3-4 break-ins within the last month, I feel pretty safe, but I wish they would fix the gate. It has been broken for 2 weeks now. Overall, I don't believe it's worth the rates that they raise just to make you feel like you're getting a discount when they give you a month free. I would NEVER pay market price for these ($850 for a 1 bedroom)! Plus, the staff is comprised of some of the most unintelligent morons I have ever met. So, unless they give you some incredible deal, I would definitely think twice before signing a lease here. Also, there are TONS of roaches, even when the bug man comes once a week(and I keep the place spotless) they never stop appearing.
