I lived here for quite a while. It was very nice for the first couple of years, probably because it was new then. The office staff was very nice at first but then management changed several times and what appeared before me was some of the rudest people I have ever met. Now these apartments are located in Dallas, which of course is inhabited by some of the rudest and weirdest people around the world. Dallas may be considered the South but Southern Hospitality does not exist here. So, I hope that if you are not from Dallas that you will think twice about moving to this city, unless you like rude snobby people or wannabe macho idiots. The apartments themselves are very nice and upscale. The property grounds are beautiful and there is a big park right next door. Pests were a big problem for me once or twice but not regularly. I never saw any roaches in my apartment, although it was raided by an army of fire ants once which was worse than any possible nightmare. The staff did little to help and did not take anything I said seriously, just a bunch of uncaring idiots. The biggest issue here is probably security. My car was vandalized on several occasions overnight as it sat in the overcrowded parking lot. There are many drunks, several of whom obviously hit my car on accident. But several times it was vandalized on purpose. Dirty air is also a concern. Everything that I had on the balcony would turn brown in less than a months time due to the dirty air. Very close to two busy freeways makes its location good or bad depending on your needs. One of the few positives was the maintenance crew which were always friendly and helpful. The neighbors vary from friendly hard working people to college kids and drug addicts. In all actuality though this place is pretty good for Dallas standards because, lets face it, if you come to Dallas for high living then you are a joker, a new immigrant, or clueless as to what constitutes the quality of life.

Ok can everyone in DALLAS SAY YANKEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO BACK UP NORTH IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT HERE!GET A CLUE PEOPLE IN DALLAS CANNOT STAND PEOPLE FROM UP NORTH. AND THE REASON THE CAR YOU DRIVE WAS GETTING MESSED UP IS BC OF UR PLATES ON THE PIECE OF s^& U DRIVE HAHAHA HOW YOU LIKE THAT! COMING FROM A REAL STUCK UP DALLAS GIRL PINKICING !!!!!! LOVE TO YOU ALL DALLAS
