Maybe you should write this review to where you live. I have lived at Churchill on the Park for several months. I have seen a vast improvement with thier security measures. Where are you seeing thugs' Because I live here, and haven't seen any. Sorry about your car situation, but what does that have to do with MY apartments. Yes, there is crime anywhere. Hello, we live in Dallas, the number 1 city for crime in the country. Talk to the mayor but don't blame Churchill for what's going on at your own property.
