I lived in this complex for a year. When I first moved in, I LOVED it because it is a beautiful place and the floor plans are great! The price is really steep though, and not worth the trouble you will go through living there. I had numerous electrical problems that were never properly fixed. There had been break in notices on my door starting in Jan. 2005 about once every two/three weeks. Recently the complex had a gunman kick in a door and force a woman to drive him to her ATM. I realize that crime happens, but the management company never did anything about it. They have security guards, but all they have is a flash light and they do nothing but sit in their cars at night. They don't even walk the property. Also, they never fix the gates. They are constantly broken and left open. If by chance they are working, if you use your cell phone instead of a land line, your friends will not be able to get in because the gate cannot be programmed to most cell phones. You will have to walk down every time to use your clicker to let them in. The management is insincere and will never help you with problems. Do not be fooled. This place seems wonderful, but it is not worth it.
