I have lived here for a little over a year and have rarely had any problems. The apt. itself is great- spacious, high quality finishes, and pretty quiet, even on weekends. The pool is nice and not too crowded and the parks are great as well. I know that there have been some security issues, but I have NEVER seen or had a problem. Maybe I am just lucky (also live on the 3rd floor which could be a factor)... Maintenence is very prompt too. The only negatives are:
Gate is VERY annoying. Seriously, I would rather just not have a gate at all for the ammount of times it has broken or I have been locked out on a Friday night without my stupid clicker.
Neighbors are not overly friendly...Most just keep to themselves- Things seem to have improved lately. Have met more cool people working out or at the pool, but still not a close "neighborly" community.
All in all, for the close proximity to major freeways and Dallas or Plano, I think it is a very good situation. I will continue to happily renew my lease unless something drastic changes.
