My husband and I moved into the Churchill on the Park in June. We have been happy here since day one. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is very nice, and the workout room is has everything we need. I have never had a problem with neighbors or management. Our rent is great, and my husband loves how close we are to the Dart Light Rail. Plus, I love the pond and walking paths that are right across the street. We are even thinking of extending our lease.
