Churchill has caused me more of a headache than the overpriced rent was worth. Like many of the comments below the Management is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They in no way or form care about their tenants nor feel the need to show them any level of respect. One particular "agent" if that's what you call them, has no clue about customer service and a smile every once in a while from anybody within the office would be nice. The only decent thing I can say nice about this place is the maintenance man. He is so extremely helpful and very kind hearted. Parking stinks...Trash literally stinks (and piles up) and the GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN! Nice Security! High 5 for the scrawny rent-a-cop they hire to be the gate keeper. Don't waste your time on this unfriendly and overpriced place. Learn from my mistake.
