Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I have been living here at Churchill on the Park for 8 months.
Positives:
1) The girls up front are great! Very nice and fun to talk with.
2) Problems are fixed within a day and the main maintenace man is a sweetheart
of a guy.
3) The weight room have been vastly improved, including a free training session every
Saturday with a pro.
4) I am very picky about my home and will admit that I have once made a rediculous
complaint about a resident that was in the building next to me. They actually
fixed the issue and my request was silly I will admit.
5) The place is well kept! I witnessed a front desk worker out front one day picking
weeds up between the curb and the sidewalk.
It has a free car washing area with a great stand up vacuum like a real car wash
has. I love this!
6) The apartment comes with a washer and dryer!
7) Again, The girls up front are great, friendly and will help you with whatever your
problem may be.
Negatives:
1) The walls are thin, but it's an apartment. You want thick walls, look for an older
complex with concrete apartment separations.
2) Not the complexes fault, but we get a lot of little rich kids that kinda act like
they have never lived outside of the families pocket book.
3) Sprinklers are going non stop it seems, but makes for nice grounds as far as
greenery goes.
4) There seems to be no real way to enforce the Tow rule for people that park in your
paid for parking spot. That actually has been my only real beef. It has happened 3
times. Last time it was my little rich 22 year old neighbor in her Lexus SUV She
could never afford. This speaks to issue 3.
Over all this is a wonderful place! I have and will recommend it to my friends.
What most people are flocking to these days in Dallas are apartment communities that are just nice and safe. Well, this place is that and much more!
