I'm a real estate agent and live here. We moved from Oaklawn to Park Central about 2 months ago.
The ladies in the office are wonderful.
The property is very well kept.
Plenty of parking for everyone.
Most ammenities and best kept out of the 4 properties in this area.
Lots if activities for the residence from breakfest to massage to casino nights.
Maintence issue are solved within 24 hours.
They even had a overnight security guard.
Animal deposit are inexpensive at $200
Great Bike/Running Trail right next to the property.
Huge balconies!!!
If your moving to Park Cental area...this is the property to move into.
Utilities - We almost doubled our space here and the bill isnt much higher than our last place in the city. We only get morning sun like the last place. SWEET!
