The economy has hit me hard and I seriously contemplated moving from Churchill on the Park; not because I didn't love it here; I do...but because of the cost to rent. They are competitive but they are also in an excellent location (south of LBJ) and so close to the Hospital District and Central Expressway. The management staff at Churchill is so great, I could not even think of leaving. They will do all they can to help good tennants. The property is pristine. They care about the tennants and offer lots of great amenities. It is a quiet complex, yet the people are so diverse. There are the young, the old, the retired and working.....and everyone for the most part is really, nice. If you have good management, in my opinion, you will have a good living experience. Churchill cannot be beat. They are the best. On a side note: The first year I lived at Churchill, someone tried to break in my apartment (I live in one of "those" spots). Luckily nothing was stolen. But I was anxious and asked Churchill to take extra measures to secure my homestead. They did without question. I haven't had anymore problems since then. For me, that was important. Please check this place out. It is worth the look.
