My husband and I rented a two bedroom apt until we found a house to purchase. The apartment was great , and the location served its purpose. Yet, from the beginning the staff was rude and didn't care about the current tenants, only to get new ones. However, this I overlooked until we loved out in July. My husband and I are clean freaks and we do not own pets and did not even use the second bedroom. After cleaning the apartment, going over their check-list, yes they have an apt chekc list, we still got screwed! They charged us to clean the carpets, that they get rid of anyways, and made collected our water bill that was already paid to the water company! They never told us they double charged us and never called me back to clarify the situation. They just keep our money and kept quiet. Although it seems like a great place, you pay at the end when they keep you money for no reason. Go somewhere else, besides there were so many car breakins and a murder down the road.

I'm so sorry you guys had this experience. We have lived there for 3 years and love it. When we told them we were considering moving they worked with us to find a "deal" so we could stay. Every time we had a problem or concern it has been dealt with immediately. I'm stunned that the staff would be rude. We hang out a lot by the office and they have been over the board nice. There are car breakins but I know the office has had preventive training for the residents on how to stay safe, etc. Sorry again that you went through this.

We try to be very far and if we are not charged for an extra cleaning we will not charge tenants. Please call us to go over any fees. Good customer service is our number goal and we don't want anyone moving out with a bad feeling.
