I've lived here for almost a year and will be moving out only because my new job is too far for the commute. I think Churchill on the Park gives you a lot for your money, and the office staff has always been friendly when I've encountered them. My roommate and I were overcharged when we moved in and somehow ended up paying a deposit twice (we never realized it), but we were pleasantly surprised by a note on our door the next month telling us we had a credit on our account and could subtract it from rent. This could be seen as a negative that we were overcharged in the first place, but they could have said nothing so I'm pretty happy. We had a plumbing emergency at 2 a.m. one weekend, and the off-hours maintenance guy was quick to come by, as were follow up visits then next morning and later in the week.

Occasionally it's hard to find parking late at night, but this is also affected by day of the week and move-ins and outs. I come home late a lot and am a single female, and I've never felt unsafe. There is a patrol man who walks around the property at night time, which is comforting if I decide to go to the poolhouse or gym late. Pool parties on weekends get a little noisy, which affects daytime napping but not much else. If you have heavy or clumsy upstairs neighbors, you might hear a lot of pounding, but banging on the ceiling generally shuts the people above me up.

Altogether I think it's a good choice. Appliances are newer, you get a lot for your money (washer/dryer very convenient), plenty of parking, and the clubhouse/office area provides a lot. Location is convenient to most parts of Dallas. I pay about $100 more dollars a month than I did living in the Village; I think it is well worth the price to upgrade from an older type apartment complex and I've enjoyed my time here.
