If you say you have not experienced any rodent problems, why would you have them check once a week? Pest control checking out units once a week is just silly, probably untrue and if true, dangerous to your health. If they are spraying for bugs once a week, then the pest control company should have their license revoked.

LMFAO!!!! OMG... this is DEFINITELY someone from the office that posted this one. The ignorant trick doesn't even know how to spell "douche". The people who actually LIVE in the complex and have a rent to pay are the people who deserve the sympathy for getting tricked into moving into the trashy rodent infested complex. LUCKILY, I found this website BEFORE I signed a lease with them and was able to forfeit my application fee to keep my own sanity. The management here is ignorant, uneducated, nasty, deceitful TRASH. Do not believe the liars posting "positive" reviews for this property because they are getting reimbursed in some way or another for their dishonest ratings.

When I first moved in I noticed some fruit flys and a few spiders so I have them come once a week and they check to make sure that the spots they they bait still have bait there. They have never once had to "spray" or "bomb" my apt for anything...
