This is not the place if you have small children. There are bugs in the apartment. This place is not safe; there was a murder... a man shot in his car! The people are loud and rude. Not to mention the place is falling apart. The older kids are allowed to run loose and destroy things and mess with peoples cars. There have been several break ins in the past year and a half, Including ours, and we have a dog!

It is a place to live if you don't have a lot of money... but you get what you pay for. The walls are thin, therefore you can hear neighbors and insulation is HORRIBLE our electricity bill for the hottest month was over $400!
The grounds are kept clean of debris most of the time, but people don't clean up their doggie poo so watch your step. The shrubs all around the stairs are great places for bees, so if you have to go up the stairs to go home... you will get stung.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which is good because you don't have to haul your unmentionables around. But because of that, the living space is limited in the smaller units. Maintenance is ok, they usually fix something when reported.But I have yet to have someone come to our apartment to change the ac filters and such.
Mary is quite rude... but she does have a lot of problem people to deal with. So I don't really blame her. The fitness room is only 3 machines... that are broken! The pools are kept very nice and clean, they just got new lounge chairs.
