	Apartment under 800 sq.ft. with almost a $300.00 utility bill. Took management almost 4 months to complete workorders from move-in...6 months since move-in still unresolved. Car phone and sunglasses stolen from car. Now under condo converstion. BUYER BEWARE!!!
