The place is very well-located. Positives are: 1) Washers and dryers in the apts, 2)2 parking spaces per apt, 3)relatively low rent. Negatives: 1) dusty (if you like to vacuum and dust, this is the place for you), 2) moldy (the shower could be a petri dish for mold, 3) depending on the weather, uncovered walking to parking area can remove some of the charm of covered parking.
