I am a new resident at Copper Creek apts as of 9/06. Initially when I moved in, I was not satisfied with my apartment or the management staff but I have been able to deal with the owner face to face and advise him of whats was going on and that some things needed to be corrected. Stephen took the time to acknowledge my concerns and got the issues resolved and I really do thank and appreciate him for that. I am seeing improvements throughout the complex, which is a plus. So Stephen keep up the good work in trying to make Copper Creek a place to call home!!! P.S.....The parking space lines really need to be repainted because they are almost invisible but I'm sure that that change is soon to come.....The chosen choices below reflect how I feel about Copper Creek at this time but I do believe that with the current changes that are being made that if I do another survey in a few months, my responses will be much more POSITIVE...
