Initially attractive, but beware

These come with several amenities but they do not make up for some of the issues you encounter. It comes furnished with a washer and dryer, cheap with two or three cycles, but most dont these days. The parking is not sufficient and the one way in/one way out design can be really annoying at times. May take a few days to have service requests worked. And, be ready for police to show every other weekend. There tends to be loud music blaring from apartments at all times of day and night, especially on the weekend. I stayed for two years because I did not want to go through the hassle of moving. And make sure that if you do lease, whenever you move out, get everything in writing - that you turned in your keys, that you gave a notice, that you don't owe addtional fees, that the apartment was cleaned, there was no damage, do a walk through and take pictures of everything. You should do this anyway, but these people will use it to your disadvantage if you don't. Most complexes make easy for you to move, but these people will say one thing and then take you to the cleaners when you leave and ask 'did you get that in writing'' Before my move out experience, I would have recommended it to anyone just starting out. If not for some of the neighbors and the children playing in the parking lot, it would be a nice place for the money. But now, I say it depends on what you require of an apartment. If I have anything to say about it, I would never go back.
