I LIVED HERE AND THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. THE MAINTENANCE WOULD ALWAYS COME IN MY APARTMENT TRYING TO FLIRT. FUNNY HOW WHEN I IGNORED HIS ADVANCED, NOTHING GOT FIXED. THE GUYS THAT SPRAY THE APARTMENT EVEN BROKE MY MICROWAVE. THE APARTMENTS WOULD NOT REPLACE IT. ALL THEY COULD SAY IS HE WOULD HAVE REPORTED IT AND THEY WILL JUST MAKE A NOTE OF IT. YOU CHEAP BASTARDS! YOU HAVE ALL NEW APPLIANCES IN YOUR APARTMENT. THERE WERE NO PARKING SPACES. I LIVED IN THE FIRST BUILDING AND THE MANAGEMENT TOOK ALL THE SPACES. GET THIS THEY HAD TWO SPACES A PIECE AND ONLY ONE CAR!!! THERE WAS NO PLACE FOR ME TO PARK...I HAD TO WALK FROM A DISTANCE WITH A CHILD UP MANY FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! THE WATER BILLS.......ILL JUST SAY THIS, USE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR IT WETHER YOU'RE USING IT OR NOT. SUPER HIGH WATER BILLS. ELECTRICITY ISNT SO MUCH. A LOT OF HURRICANE KATRINA VICTIMS LIVE HERE. THAT IS WHY I MOVED. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED AND I HAVE EVEN HEARD A MAN BEGGING FOR HIS LIFE RIGHT BENEATH MY APARTMENT. NOT ONLY THIS BUT THEY CHANGED THE LOCKS ON MY DOORS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DELIQUIENT ON MY RENT! THIS COMPLEX IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE IDIOTS. IF YOU MOVE HERE, YOU'RE EITHER REALLY DESPERATE OR JUST PLAIN CRAZY!

You are the idiot. This place is not like that at all! I don't know what your problem is with this complex but I live here now and I love it. Nothing you said was true. My husband and I also live on the 3rd floor. There are no Katrina people here now. It quiet! The water runs about $22.00 dollars a month. I don't like paying for water either but to me $22.00 isn't bad.

maybe what you heard was the tv down stairs... ... HAHAHAHAA you idiot. Was he begging for his life then BAAAM (gun shot??????? followed by dramatic backroud music maybe???) yeah, you heard someone watchin law and order...that's what you heard. don't lie. and $20 is not that bad for a water bill. :p chill tha ---- out lady.
