A Mixed Bag
I lived at The Corners for five and a half years. I only moved to Dallas for school, so my concern was cost-effectiveness, location, and safety. At first The Corners met all of these. When I first moved in they told meā¦Ā See More >clintron

Not bad for the price! Benefits of the Village
Upon moving to Dallas, I kept hearing good things about the village area. Convenient location near North Park Mall, and tons of restaurants/stores right nearby. Very trendy to say the least. The village itself is an awesome community made up of mostly college students,ā¦Ā See More >swoll50

You're living here for the location
I lived in the Corners for 2 years and in another Village property for another year. Yes, they are old. The walls are paper thin and the a/c isn't exactly efficient. It has a 70s kitchen, but it's clean. The area is awesomeā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Ok, it's not great... but it's cheap
I moved out of The Corners about a year ago. I moved out because I was a little concerned about safety. When living in the Village, you get pretty regular notes on your door reporting that someone got robbed at gunpoint. To be fair, Iā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Noise is an issue
I've lived in the Corners for 1 1/2 years in a 1 bedroom plus a den. I would love it here except, I can hear everything that happens in my neighbors' apartments. I'm on the second floor and I can hear the women below meā¦Ā See More >anonymous

cheap and loving it !!
This is a review for the Corners East ( which is actually part of the Corners ). I lived there from 2004-2005. I absolutely loved it!! My rent was so cheap how could I not be thrilled. I paid $325 for an efficiency. Living inā¦Ā See More >anonymous

youve go to be kidding me.
Seriously...some of the things on here are ridiculous! Ok, let s address the security issue. No one is guaranteed safety, you can t. Does it really matter if you live in a gated community? Could someone thatā¦Ā See More >thatissosf

Here's the deal
My boyfriend and I have lived in The Corners for 1 year now. We will be moving when our lease runs up in September, but only because we both work in Las Colinas and gas prices are killing us! The Corners is not glamorous. ā¦Ā See More >alleigh524

Very Sketchy...
I would NOT recommend The Corners. My husband and I moved here from out of state and were recommended to the Village by many people that we knew. Him being in seminary, we were looking for the cheapest possible (which turned out to be theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Actually pretty ------
In the month I have lived here, we have gotten two notices posted on doors about armed robberies in the complex. The perpetrator appears to be the same man in all FIVE cases described, and "Smith Security" and/or the Dallas police appear to beā¦Ā See More >apptmoney

Wonderful place to live
I loved living at The Corners. I was right accross the street from the Village Country Club. The staff and maintenance were friendly and helpful. The 2 pools were clean and well maintained. Great location, great price.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

For the money in Dallas, it's pretty good.
I have lived in apartmetns all over Dallas. Rent in most of the city for a two bedroom is $1500 if you want to live in a newer property with current amenities. The Corners was build in 1972. For a 34 yearā¦Ā See More >anonymous

please don't live here
I've lived here for two years and would not recommend living here. If you are home during the day there will be a lot of noise now. Half of this complex is being torn down and it's a mess. This area is not safe. Theyā¦Ā See More >siddhardha

I had a 1 BR apartment in the Corners. This place is pretty decent. I liked the area. There is a country club for socializing, gym, tennis courts, parties and other stuff which was pretty good. Prices are decent too considering some of the otherā¦Ā See More >Corners in the Village
