Pretty good experience overall

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
When we moved in, we got an awesome deal. About $150 less a month than anywhere comparable. This is an older complex, but it was clean. Service has been GREAT about responding to calls. Smith Security is everywhere, so I've never felt real bad about safety. Biggest downside was not having a washer and dryer. That's why we're moving in May.
