I've lived here for two years and would not recommend living here. If you are home during the day there will be a lot of noise now. Half of this complex is being torn down and it's a mess. This area is not safe. They send out notices to let you know that safety is an issue. Found out that sometimes the complex doesn't get the notices out to every apartment. My friend across the complex gets notices and not me.
The management is poor here too. I had a leak in my bathroom and I called about it. They came in and "fixed the problem". Well I called them the next day because the leak was still there. This went on for, no kidding, two months. I had to crash at a friends apartment till it was fixed.(about two months!) My apartment bathroom became flooded over time. It was very annoying but finally fixed.
My light at my front door goes out all the time. I have termites and they already sprayed. Looks like it's done no good. The sound from all my neighbors is annoying. I could tell you were my neighbor upstairs is at all times. I can also tell you when anyone around me is showering.
If you are a girl looking for a place please look elsewhere. It's not safe. They have the Smith security out all the time. Still not safe. Actually I have almost been hit by the security numerous times in the evening. They speed around the complex driving down the middle of the road!

yea that's about right I lived there in 05 and there were muggings in the apt. parking lot all the time and a lot og girls were getting RAPED there and the management was rude and sucked like their maintenece all true DO NOT LIVE THERE

I agree- I wrote the one about the guy that wanted me to take a picture of him masterbating...and the smiths are Terrible drivers!! what is THAT all about?
