For the money in Dallas, it's pretty good.

I have lived in apartmetns all over Dallas. Rent in most of the city for a two bedroom is $1500 if you want to live in a newer property with current amenities. The Corners was build in 1972. For a 34 year old complex, at $750 a month, in central Dallas, you cant complain. Crime is a HUGE problem all over the city, and the Dallas police are complacent at best. Several upper management officers in DPD have been fired. As for the apartment, very few interior amenities. I do have access to a large pool and work out room. The average age is pretty young in the Village. Most neighbors are nice and quiet. Some are rude with LOTS of attitude. I have not had alot of issues or maintenance in my apartment, and the office staff are friendly. The property is usually clean, unless someone has had a party and forgot where the dumpsters are. For $750 I could do alot worse in Dallas.
