This is a review for the Corners East ( which is actually part of the Corners ). I lived there from 2004-2005. I absolutely loved it!! My rent was so cheap how could I not be thrilled. I paid $325 for an efficiency. Living in the Village at that price is a steal! I found the office staff to be fairly nice and professional. I never had any problems. Maintenance was timely and efficient and courteous. I love all the ammenities that the Village offers. There truly is something for everyone! A few times each month we were treated to breakfasts or lunches or dinners either in the office or by the pool. We were also treated to cook-outs and pool parties. One complaint that I did have is this: there were always landscaping people and construction people roaming all over the place. They invade our privacy - that's for sure! One more thing - it sure would be nice if Smith security would get out of their cars once in a while and walk the property. They are so LAZY!! In the end my building along with other buildings in the Corners East and Corners were demolished. In that space now sits Dakota!!
