BUILDING AND LANDSCAPE NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY, LOTS OF MOVE OUTS, SOMETHING IS OBVIOUSLY GOING ON HERE. I HAVE ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT AND IT IS THE STAFF.
