The assistant manager is friendly and pleasant, BUT


1. None of the repair requests we have put in have ever been completed


2.The fitness center has broken and dangerous equipment:


A) I witnessed a near accident when a tenant was working out with the weight machine and the cable attach point suddenly broke and 50 pounds of weights suddenly smashed down


B) The treadmill needs servicing: It suddenly stops, launching the runner suddenly backward


3. The spa/hot-tub jets have never worked properly since we have been here, and there are tiles missing. Management admits that they know it doesnt work, but thay have made no repairs.


4. The new manager doesnt care a whit, is surley and non-commital about maintenance or repairs

5. Now there is a big hole (4 foot by 5 foot, about 6 feet deep)full of water in the sidewalk by the pool area. There?s been a big hole there for over a week, with mud everywhere. We never see anyone working, although we?ve received notices that our water could be shut off for 2 days!!

6. There are young thugs living here that blare their thumping music in the parking lot, setting off car alarms and generally being rude. THe music is the cursing rap music we all so appreciate.

Note: Parking is ample because there are many vacancies
