We just recently moved into the Courts of Bent Tree and have been completely impressed with the community the staff and the great location. From the first day we visited the property we were treated with such kindness and hospitality. We were served cookies and hot chocolate which made us feel right at home. This treatment didn't stop with the first visit, it has continued unfailingly throughout our entire moving transition. The office staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were very well taken care of. They were all so kind and seemed to sincerely care about our needs and comfort in our new home. There was even a beautiful welcome gift inside our apartment when we arrived. What a pleasant surprise. (There were even treats for our dog). We had a few very minor repairs that were needed and they were taken care of within hours of our reporting them. The maintenance staff was so friendly and efficient and encouraged us to call if there was anything else we needed. We are so pleased at our choice to move into the Courts of Bent Tree and look forward to a long residency here. We would highly recommend it to all of our friends.
