In 4 years I lived in the Courts of Bent Tree I saw a dramatic decline in the level of service and maintenance. When I moved in the complex was managed professionally by the Lincoln Properties. We had wonderful parties, there were always flowers on the territory, latest equipment in the fitness center. As soon as the complex was sold to a private owner from Waco it stopped being maintained. The office clerks change every 2-3 months so you never get to remember their names. Seeing flowers planted on the territory is more an exception than a rule. Fitness room first lost an abs-bench, then free weights and the rest of the equipment is in a delapidated state because of the lack of maintenance. The management doesn't forget to raise the rent prices diligently though.

How can you write anything. It shows you moved out 2 years ago......????????? You wouldn't even know what the property is like after 2 years to even give this review now?

I have to agree with the maintenance remarks. It does have something to be desired. Would rather attempt to fix myself than have Tim do it. Get someone that knows how to fix everything & not just ride around on the golf cart at 40 miles an hour & this place is a winner!

Tim is no longer there. I lived there 2 years ago and really liked it. My mom still lives there and likes it. Maintenance requests are promptly replied to. This complex is a cut above the rest. I also really liked Tim and all the maintenance staff.
