This property is considerably too high for the current rental market. The staff turnover below the property manger level is high. The property manager apparently does not tour the property on a regular basis. She prefers not to have regular contact with the tenants and stays in her office letting her staff deal with problems or resident needs. She seems to be unaware that Jacob died leaning on his staff.
