There have been multiple break-ins and vandalism occurring at this complex. Management is doing their best to hide this from residents. To verify check police reports - they do not lie. Also, if you are still interested in this complex walk thru during the day. Landscaping is pathetic, exercise room is unusable management has been telling residents for 2 yrs these will be corrected.

I agree the landscaping is pathetic. Virtually no one uses the exercise rooms of apartment complexes anyway. You can always work out in your apartment. That's what I do. The new apartments are absolutely beautiful. I've never seen such detail in an apartment. My mom has lived there 6 years now.--- They just upgraded her apartment..----- You get new granite throughout the whole apartment. Back splashes in the kitchen, new carpet, new faucets and fixtures.----- It looks like a high end house at this point.--- I don't know about the break ins, this is a nice neighborhood.-- I'm sure there are crimes everywhere.--- This community is gated and next to a golf course. -- It is a very tranquil place to live and the maintenance is great!---- You even get new ceiling fans with 4 separate light fixtures on them, as opposed to the old ones you usually get in apartments, with one light.
