I am a senior citizen living mostly on social security. I have lived here over five years. I like it because it is quiet. There are young people living here, but they are well behaved and not rowdy. Most of them are grad students at the university. I appreciate the improvements that have been made over the years, including the new pool company. Management also told me that they are replacing all the pool furniture in about a week or so. I also like the new high speed internet service they put in about a year ago.
