No parking, very few ammenities (no dishwasher in some units, no w/d hook ups, no central air), however over all not a bad place to live. Expensive for how little you get in return, really you are paying for the neighborhood. The management is really nice when they are around, sometimes its hard to catch them in the office. The maitenance is great they fix what ever you ask for promtly. It gets really hot in the summer because they use room air conditioners (similar to window units) no thermestat just On and Off for the most part, but they have sub metered electric so you only get a $100 electric bill in August so I guess its not that bad.
