Courtyards at Knox Park

Great Place to Live From: cpaliz1 Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This apartment complex is in a great location. They are old apartments, but it doesn't bother me that much. One bad thing is most apartments do NOT have washer and dryer connections. There are only 4 washers and 4 dryers in the laundry mat. Sometimes it can get really busy. Then people leave their close in there and then you are waiting. That is a pain. Maintenance is really good. I've had some problems with the people who live upstairs playing loud music and the managment has been very helpful with eliminating that problem. Overall it's a great place to live.
