I lived at Courtyards a couple of years ago and really liked it. They manage the property well and although it's an older property, it has a lot of interior charm and is well maintained. It's also very affordable. The location is great and it in a very pedestrian friendly area. I am moving back there at the end of July and I'm looking forward to it.
