I've lived in Courtyards for going-on-two-years. As others have mentioned - it's a bit old but well maintained. I have a little studio that has a few stains on the hardwood floor, but otherwise in great shape. For an older place such as this - I'm amazed at the lack of bugs! My favorite thing is Danny the maintenance man. I put in a work order for 3 big projects one day - they were all done when I got off work the following day. That's rare! For the price - you can't beat it in the Knox Park area. Recommended.
