I lived here it was a total nightmare from day 1. However I had signed the lease already. When I went to look at my apartment I thought I was renting they had already rented my apartment to a different tenant. So they said that I could have this other similar one. Well on move in day it was filthy dirty, looked like the last tenant had just moved out. The heating cooling sytem sucks and ther is ALOT of highway noise from 75, I felt like I was living in a subway station in NYC it was so loud. There was no dishwasher, the laundry room is disgusting! The apartments are old and look very haunted so I could not help but to think that it was haunted. The neighbor told me she use to hear children playing in her attic. Creepy not to mention you can hear the people walking up and down the stairs in the next apartment so when friends came over you could really spoke them by telling them to shhhh and listen to the ghost walking up and down the stairs! Some comical relief!Do not plan on having very much company because there is NO PARKING AT ALL! GUEST HAVE TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET AND WALK OVER TO YOUR APARTMENT and at night thats pretty scary. The office workers are rude and look very unprofessional! The speed bumps are more like speed mountains and while living here I busted my oil pan in my car going over a speed bump because my car sits low to the ground anyways, the office would not pay for it. These speed bumps are illegal to be so big , so the city could make them fix it! Overall its just not a good place to live!It is to expensive to be so old and dated.
