These apartments are awesome, and you are so wrong about the staff. I have had MANY needs in which the office staff was very perfessional, curtious and quick to respond. No entery way lights there are lights outside each door(bright) and all along the parking lot. Are you sure your not confused on where you live''''' Ow and the gate it was being repaired for like 3 days , and it was shut at night so you can't back up 25 feet and go to the other gate. And one more thing the parking Ive switching parking 3 times per my own request and the office staff has had the info updated ASAP. Are you sure your not just parking in the wrong spot the #'s are very big and there are lights over the cars. This place and the staff are top of the line. I totally disagree with you!!!!!!
