Covington Pointe

When my husband and I were looking for an apartment in 10/04 we really paid attention to these reviews; however, the poor ratings for Cov. Pt couldn't be more wrong.

Yes, just like any apartment they have their issues, but the staff has been incredible since day one. They were rushed to get our apartment ready when we moved in, and any little request that my husband and I have made they have been very quick to take care. We have had squirrels in our roof (3rd floor), but maintenance was very quick to get them out and seal up the outdoor hole. We have noticed very minor flaws from the buildings settling, but there's not enough there to complain about. Parking is limited but that's because of the location of our apartment. Our TXU bill WAS a little high but the office has offered to make up the difference after making huge changes to reduce costs.

I have a 6 month old son I stay home with and I have never felt unsafe in my apartment, on the property or in the pool. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance is great, and you couldn't ask for better management.

On a side note, we also have two sets of friends who we went to college with that live in the complex that absolutely love it here. The other tenants are especially nice and very respectful. Check it out - it's worth it!
