I've lived here for several months and overall this is a nice place to live. The floor plans are very nice and open and I love the carpet. The surrounding area is convenient but a little "rough" in places like the 7 11 down the street. The neighbors aren't really rude or particularly nice either, they just keep to themselves. I have noticed one thing that's a bit annoying: communes. I swear my husband and I have counted at least 7 people that must be shacked up in a nearby one bedroom and then in another apartment on our floor too. We think they're on speed to because they stomp across the ceiling ALL day AND night. However, any apartment complex runs a chance of having loud stompy neighbors that practically run a hotel. There are a lot of children in the complex so you have to be careful when driving. Occasionally cars get broken into because people often wait for someone to enter and then slip in through the gate behind them or they just walk through the front gate side door which is never locked. At times, we have ghetto neighbors who speed through the lot and seem very hostile in general but they disappear w/in a month or so so I'm assuming they get kicked out or move. The cabinets are ugly and so is the bathroom but the floorplans are so pretty and the views out the windows are so nice if you live in the right building that it's not a bother. The utility bills are very high. The traffic in the area is not bad at all and the office staff is prompt and friendly. Despite the areas that are a bit problematic I've mentioned, I'd recommend this place as all in all it's pleasant with no major hassles. I think the rent is priced just right too considering the size of the apartments and the convenient area.
