A Goldmine, but not recognized by owners!

This the 2nd time I have lived here, once in the 90's when it was owned by Insigna. The property and appartments were kept beautifully. I loved it. Aimco purchased the property sometime after I moved out late 90's. The floorplans are still great; however, NO money is being spent to maintain the property. One of the worst things is the lack of enforcement of the pet ordiance pertaining to cleaning up after your pet. Aimco took the manager who was in the process of bringing this property back and moved her somewhere else, replacing her with a manager who appears to have no personal interest in this property that myself and others call "home." The grass is dying with no replacement, dead shrubs are just removed with no replacement, the building has not been painted in many years, gates are broken with no repairs, maintenance is a joke, trash is out lining doorways, including the office trash....I could go on. Our lease is up midsummer. That is why I found this website....time to go.
