I've lived at several AIMCO properties simply because I'm an entrepreneur and my business leads me to move yearly for business expansion and they have the convenient coast to coast program. That being said...every property I've lived at has been disorganized with rude staff and other problems except this one. The staff here is extremely nice and helpful, the floorplans are great, maintenance fixes things the same day you call them, and the location is very convenient. This is the best AIMCO complex I've ever lived at and I'd feel confident recommending it to anyone. The only negative thing I can say is the electric bills are very high which I believe is due to poor insulation.
