Covington Pointe has been a great place for me to live. The neighbors are very friendly and the staff is always helpful. I have no complaints about noise. The buildings are a bit older which means they come with some problems. Our ceiling leaks when it rains and the floors are a little uneven. The layout of the apartments are great and there are a lot of big windows for light. Parking is a little tough sometimes, but you do get 1 free covered spot per apartment. Even though there has been some security issues lately, I feel that they are making the appropriate efforts to make their tenants feel safer. I would recommend Covington Pointe to anyone who was looking for a decent apartment with decent rent and that is close to major shopping and roads.
