I did a relocation from Indianapolis to Dallas recently. I was living at a not so great Aimco community and so not to pay termination fees I had to find a Aimco communtiy in Dallas. I rented over the phone and I dreaded move in day the day I would see my apartment for the first time. The staff assured me on the phone and assist it me with my move even helped schedule movers and change of address and set up utilitys. On move in day I prepared myself for disappointment instead I was pleasantly suprised. The community was clean my apartment was gorgeous and the people really did care. I was more than a rent payment. I have been here for a few months and love it. I would recommend it, it is a real community lots of events and being new in town it was great to make friends with neighbors early.
