Aimco management company is not at all professional, they will not speak to you directly and they try to avoid you at all cost. The apartment itself is nice, but has old appliances (and I mean old) and if something breaks or goes out... Good luck with trying to get someone to come out and fix it..... I have had a bad experience here on site as well as with Aimco because that's who you are supposed to rely on.
