WE moved in late May of 07' They have been amazing so far. I have recommended it to many people. two of my friends have actually leased here too! Its a great quiet little community. Its not the newest place in town, but if you are okay with that, then its definately for you. Its nice, clean and kept up pretty well. The management is great.
