Would not recommend to my worst enemy

If you are looking for a management team and company( AIMCO) you can't trust; a spa and pool that looks like a cesspool, lights that are always burned out( visit there at night); trees that are over grown and not trimmed; mudslides into parking lot when it rains:buildings that are in disrepair and need painting; and that genuine " ghetto" feel then this is the place for you. Look at the condition or the buildings and property carefully. This place is run by a slum lord. To make thins worse they are raising the rates $100 for their existing tenants. Did I mention the car break ins?
This propert has run off the only trustworthy leasing people and maitenance staff.
Do yourself a favor-go elsewhere.
