Don't listen to these recent reviews. They say the same things and are most likely being posted by Veronica or David. Covington Pointe is in an area that has gone down hill. There have been numerous car break ins and other crime in these apartments. They never fix repairs needed to the property, like the lights near the pool, the front gate that is left open and the driveways...to name a few. And Veronica and David are not nice at all. If you pay attention to their attitudes it's all fake and they are actually talking to you like you're an idiot. When they are the idiots. Do yourself a favor and don't move here!! I finally got out this year.

If you want to be a total biotch get your facts right.. Her name is Veronica, NOT Vanessa and she is one of the nicest ladies I know. Covington Pointe is an awesome place to live and we don't need drunk skunks living here anyway. David is great. You do sound a little bitter that you couldn't get in here to live.

Lol. You people are so totally incorrect about everything. Especially me being bitter and trying to make me out to be a drunk. Not that it is any of any of your business but I got my DWI after my Grandmothers funeral reception. Barely drank anything. And I don't even drink. And as for Veronica and David...just because you have not had any problems does not make them saints. And it is mainly the management company I have a problem with anyway...AIMCO SUCKS! And good try defending them everyone, but people just look at the rating percent and sometimes the complaint...hardly ever the responses..
All of you get a life!!!!!

Wow what a Bitter Betty. Maybe you should blame yourself and your poor choices you have made instead of the wonderful staff at Covington Pointe. I am currently a resident there and am glad that someone like you isn't wondering around with a wine bottle glued to your hand. David and Veronica are the most kind and understanding people, who rock at their job. That is rare these days and what you said about both of them was a sorry way to make yourself feel better. I know that either one of them wouldn't treat anyone the way you said they did. You're just bitter about getting DENIED! Get over it lame ---. -S-

Wow... from an outsider looking in and possibly interested in these apartments:
1. zoe909, I am so sorry about your loss and the hard time you have had at the place that you should have been able to call home.
2. "Anonymous", you sound a lot like you work there and are complete douches for using apartmentratings.com to pick on a fellow tenant, whether she did suspect things while living there or not! You are supposed to be giving your opinion of the property (if you don't actually work there... if you do work there your response should be under a specific heading per the rules of this website). You should be ashamed of yourself.
3. If you are going to perpetrate to be a tenant when you are not, at least spread out your postings for several days or weeks apart and at least have the intelligence to make up a username and account on this website.
4. zoe909 Said the names correctly of the office staff, Veronica, not Vanessa as you so stupidly claimed.
5. GET A LIFE/ DO YOUR JOB WHEN YOU ARE AT WORK! People like myself and other are actually trying to find a wonderful place to live without you commenting on peoples posts that you don't like.

I have been living at Covingtone Point since March and I love it. They are always friendly in the office. This is the first apartment I have lived in for over 15 years and couldnt be happier. Most of the residents are nice and just because they are defending the office staff does not mean they work there. One persona having a bad experience does not make it a bad place. Maybe it just wasnt the right fit. And for the record I have seen David picking up trash when he is out on property not just walking by it. It is obvious he takes his job seriously.
